For only $25.00 per month - member, member's spouse, never married dependent children (under21 living at home), full time college students up to age 23, and physically or mentally challenged children (living at home), are covered.

Legal consultations and assistance services:

   >toll-free telephone consultations for any personal or business question

   >one personal letter or phone call, per subject related matter, plus two business related letters and/or phone calls.(you must be the contracting party on the document).

Will benefits:

   >Will preparation and annual updates for all covered family members at no charge.

Living will:

   >Living will preparation and annual reviews for all covered family members.

Power of attorney:

   >A power of attorney, plus annual reviews are available to named members at no charge, family members may have theirs prepared for $20.00 per document.

Motor vehicle related benefits:

IRS audit legal services:

   >up to 50 hours of consultation, advice or representation per year.

Trail defense benefits:

   >up to 60 hours defense for covered charges (exculsdions do apply please see your salesman)

Contingency fee matters and discounted legal work:

   >5% discount for contingency fees and 25% discount from the law firm's standard hourly rate ( exceptions apply)
