In 2002, my daughter had an accident on her way to work, which involved a police officer in pursuit of another vehicle. I immedediately drove to the scene of the accident. The police officer wrote her a ticket. Our insurance company and everyone else told us "you can't fight City Hall". I called the Primerica Legal Protection Program and they gave me the name and number of the Provider Law Firm.  We went to court and pleded not guilty, which then moved the case to another court. Our attorney went to two pre-trials and then to the actual trail for us. The ticket was thrown out! Since you cannot sue a city because of sovereign immunity, the city lost the case.  The city also had to reimburse us the insurance deductible. The peace of mind knowing you have a lawyer a phone call away is priceless.

In Texas, we have severe hailstorms. On one of those occaisions we received damage to our home. We called our insurance company and they sent out an adjuster to look at he damage.  When we received the settlement from the insurance company, it was not enough to fix all of the damage.. Therefore, instead of contacting the insurance company, we decided to contact our Provider Law Firm with the Primerica Legal Protection Program. The attorney instructed us to have contractors come in and give us bids to repair our home. We sent those bids along with copies of what the insurance company covered and a copy of the check to the attorney. The attorney wrote a letter on our bhalf, and within three days time, we received a call from the insurance company. The next day, the insurance company sent out a new adjuster to re-inspect the damage. When the adjuster left our house, we felt like it would take a very long time for the settlement. To our suprise, in less than three days, we had a check. It was for the amount needed to repair all the damage.

My wife and I decided to do some modificiations to our home and we hired a builder to perform these upgrades. Unfotunately, in the process, some of our carpeting was damaged and we requested it to be repaired. The builder's first response was refusal, leaving us with no option, except to contact our Provider Attorney. After the builder received the letter from our attorney, they returned more than willing to accommodate us.  This ia a wonderful program and we love it.

I can't begin to tell you about how well Primerica Legal Protection Program can work! I've had the program for a long time. Most recently, the Primerica Legal Protection Program worked for me yet again. My son got three speeding tickets within the first 30 days of getting his driver's license. He was looking at eight points on his driving record and the loss of his newly obtained driver's license. This could have been very expensive, but I called the Provider Law Firm and they helped eliminate all of the haedaches. The Provider attorney was able to get the traffic violations reduced to two points- defective vehicle. The Provider attorney did all of the work. All we did was stand in the courtroom next to our son. With just this one instance, the Primerica Legal Program paid for itself for the next two or three years. I want to let you know that it works very well.

I am a serious believer in the Primerica Legal Protection Program. Recently, I moved into my new office space in Virginia. I had some concers about space. So, I called the leasing office to speak with the property manager, the conversation turned negative and he asked me to move out of the office space immediately. I drove over to the leasing office to obtain a copy of the documents. Once I had the documents, I called my Provider Law Firm. I explained the issue to the attorney. The response time from the Provider Law Firm was increditable. The attorney informed me that the property manager was out of order and he would make a phone call on my behalf. Later that day, I received a phone call from the property manager. He apologized and to this day, I am still in my office.
